01 Language and scope of our terms and conditions.
The contractual language for our terms and conditions is English. Only this English text is binding. Our terms and conditions are valid for all contracts regarding products bought under the brand name CreaCoins®.
02 Orders and Contract.
All orders are binding. Contracts become effective for offline (bulk) orders once the customer confirmed payment. For online orders the contract becomes effective when ordered items are available in stock and thus only after shipment of the ordered goods. The contractual partner is:

03 Prices.
All prices are in Euro excluding shipping unless stated otherwise. Prices include VAT.
04 Shipping Costs.
Shipping costs appear clearly before confirming the order and before payment. Shipments out of the European Union, are eventually liable to customs duty, which have to be paid by the buyer.
05 Terms of Payment.
Payment is done with PayPal, credit card, bank transfer or cash when possible. Costs resulting from unjustified back posting of transferred money can be invoiced to the customers.
06 Shipping Time.
Shipment will be done after receipt of payment. Goods will be transferred to the forwarder within app. 1-4 days for online orders and as stipulated in the proposal for offline orders. In the unlikely event that some goods are out of stock, we will do a partial delivery. In this case we will inform you and take care to complete the shipment as soon as possible. Delivery may then take up to 5 weeks.
07 Right of Withdrawal for the Consumer.
Customers, who are consumers, are entitled by applicability of the regulations for distance contracts to a right of revoking the contract on condition of the following instructions. They can revoke the order within a revocation period of one month without further specification of reasons in written form (e.g. letter or e-mail) or by returning the goods. The revocation period does not start before the delivery and the reception of this instruction. Punctual dispatch suffices to comply with the time limit. The revocation must be declared to:

Customer has to bear the costs of return.
These Rights of withdrawal do not apply for products manufactured according to the customers specification. A return is in those cases not accepted.
08 Warranty.
The legal rights apply.
Due to the fact that the material of the geocoins is metal, minor changes in color or patina occurring depending on storage conditions at the customer’s site, is possible.
09 Reservation of Property.
The goods shall remain property of the seller until full payment is completed.
10 Governing Law.
Belgian law governs these Terms and Conditions.
