We manage your geocoin (*) and other types of trackable concepts from design to delivery:

  1. ARTWORK.
    When receiving your geoncoin or trackable tag concept and/or design we may suggest improvements to the concept and the design to comply with industrial (metal and paints) constraints and/or to gain from our expertise knowledge acquired over the last 10 years. This moves your project from a design to a factory artwork.



  2. PROPOSAL.
    Once we have a consensus on the final artwork (you and us), we submit a proposal which defines costs based on quantities and technical requirements. These two stages (artwork and proposal) are free of charge. We trust we will gain and deserve your trust to work with us until the final stage. If not, we need to learn from this experience.
  3. PAYMENT.
    When our proposal is accepted we will need your payment. Releasing the order with factory will only be done after receiving your payment.
  4. DELIVERY.
    We are accountable for the quality and the timely production of your geocoin or trackable tag. Your project is now moving from an artwork to an actual geocoin. The goods are shipped to us where we execute our own Q-control before you can collect your order.

(*) It may seem trivial to explain this, but a geocoin has more often than not a different design on each of both sides. When starting a project for a geocoin design, remember you need actually 2 distinct designs that match in concept and execution.
